Microsoft’s VS Code is a small team with a wildly successful open source, cross-platform code editor. In this talk, Kai Maetzel will explain what the team has learned from developing open source projects and working on desktop, SaaS, and mobile applications, and how these findings help the team stay small and nimble, manage explosive growth, and make millions of developers happy.
